Ubon Ratchathani Province host the annual Ubon Ratchathani Candle Festival 2024 during July and August at Thung Si Mueang Park, Ubon Ratchathani Province, under the theme "In Honor of the 72nd Birthday: The City of Candles, the City of Dharma, the Splendor of the City of Four Lights" The festival aims to elevate its activities to international standards, promoting the unique Thai cultural traditions to a world-class level, in line with the government's Soft Power policy.

National Cultural Festival: Local Ways, Thai Ways - Southern Region "Southern Identity: Shadow Play and Nora"

The Songkhla Provincial Cultural Office invites everyone to head down south to the 'National Cultural Festival: Local Ways, Thai Ways - Southern Region “Southern Identity: Shadow Play and Nora” at Hat Yai Municipal Park, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province.

This event aims to promote Southern Thailand’s cultural 'soft power' and preserve the region's local wisdom and heritage. Attendees can enjoy rare cultural performances, as well as shop for traditional Thai cultural products that support the local community.

The festival will take place from June 27 to July 1, 2024, at Hat Yai Municipal Park, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province.

Song Nam Phra Borommathat Chao Hariphunchai Festival 2024

Join us for the 'Song Nam Phra Borommathat Chao Hariphunchai Festival' from May 16 to 22, 2024, at Phra That Hariphunchai Woramahawihan Temple, Lamphun Province.

Phra That Hariphunchai Woramahawihan Temple, housing the Phra Borommathat Chao Hariphunchai, is a significant sacred site in Northern Thailand with a history spanning over a thousand years. The sacred relic is enshrined in a golden casket within the stupa, featuring a lotus base and three tiers with a bell-shaped top.

The annual Song Nam Phra Borommathat Chao Hariphunchai Festival at this temple includes highlights such as the Royal Drum Competition, traditional drum performances, local music and dance, and the ceremonial procession with holy water distributed across all districts.

Phichit Drone Light Show 2024

Phichit’s sky will never be the same again!

Get ready for the Phichit Drone Light Show at Bung Si Fai. Experience the first-ever drone light display in Phichit, featuring intricate patterns and shapes created using advanced AI technology. With a full lineup of drones, the show will be a spectacular sight over four days, from June 14 to 17, 2024. Admission is free every day.

The event will be held at the Bung Si Fai Wetland Building, Phichit Province.

International Kite Festival 2024

On April 6, 2024, Mr. Sarawut Lim-arunrak, the President of the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Administrative Organization, inaugurated the 2024 International Kite Festival, held on April 6-7, 2024, at the beachfront of Ban Thung Pradu, Thap Sakae District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. This event will see participation from both government and private sector organizations.

Activities at the festival included a display of various types of kites by the Thai Kite Flying Association, an exhibition on the history of Thai kites, kite-making workshops for youth, painting competitions on kites, fantasy kite-making contests, traditional kite-making contests, including the "Pak Pao" and "Chula" kites, and etc.

Thao Suranaree Victory Day Celebration 2024

The "Thao Suranaree Victory Day Celebration 2024" will be held from March 23 to April 3, 2024, spanning 12 days and 12 nights. The event will take place at the area in front of the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Hall and around the Thao Suranaree Monument.

Thao Suranaree, or Ya Mo, is celebrated for her role in liberating Nakhon Ratchasima from the army led by Chao Anuwong of Vientiane. On March 23, 1826, she led the local forces to victory at the Samrid Field, and the King Rama III honored her with the title of Thao Suranaree. The date is now commemorated annually.

National Cultural Festival: Local Ways, Thai Ways 2024

You are invited to join the "National Cultural Festival: Local Ways, Thai Ways – ‘The Splendor of Arts and the Value of Cultural Heritage’" taking place from August 22-26, 2024 at the Chandra Kasem National Museum in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

Ayutthaya World Heritage Fair 2023

Join the event in celebrating the 32nd anniversary of Ayutthaya's designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the "Ayutthaya World Heritage Fair 2023" event, taking place from December 15-24, 2023, at the Ayutthaya Historical Park. This celebration marks the occasion when the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) recognized the Historic City of Ayutthaya as a cultural World Heritage Site.

The event will feature a grand light and sound show that transports visitors back in time with various performances. There will be 16 performances of "Ayutthaya: The Glory of the Sky, Heroic Monarchs, and Radiant Art" available.

Pattaya International Jazz Festival 2023

Pattaya City hosted the "Pattaya International Jazz Festival 2023" under the theme "The Rhythm of the Night." This grand event featured a special highlight: a free concert by the world-renowned jazz legend Kenny G, marking a first in Thailand. Alongside Kenny G, numerous prominent Thai jazz artists also performed, contributing to a vibrant celebration of music.

The festival took place on November 10-11, 2023, at Central Pattaya Beach, Chonburi. The event aimed to elevate Pattaya’s status as a global destination for music and the arts.
