The State Railway of Thailand organized an Open House event to provide a learning experience for teachers and kindergarten students from the Phrom School in Lat Krabang District. The visit took place at Bangkok Railway Station (Hua Lamphong) to educate them about the history of the State Railway of Thailand, which has been a vital transportation system in the country for over 126 years.

During the visit, the participants started at Bangkok Railway Station where railway staff guided them through the station's historical exhibits. They demonstrated how to purchase tickets using the D-ticket automatic ticket vending machines and allowed the children to try buying tickets themselves. Additionally, the group had the opportunity to view seven historically significant locomotives displayed on platforms 4 and 5, which greatly fascinated the children.

Following the station tour, the teachers and students traveled by train from Bangkok Railway Station to Bang Sue Junction Station on train No. 209 (Bangkok - Ban Takli). This provided a practical learning experience outside the classroom, with a fun and educational atmosphere, aligning with the State Railway's commitment to improving the quality of life and rail transport services for the Thai public.
